Sales Manager - IT Services

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager for IT Services to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B IT service sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and strong leadership skills to mentor a sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, increase market share, and hit revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new enterprise/SME clients for IT services (Opensource, Cloud, Managed IT, Consulting).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, marketing, and account management to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales approaches.

Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field 
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, with 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
  • Tools: Proficiency in any CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
